02 — Succession Map A planting design organized by role and time — what establishes first, what follows, what self-sustains. A living sequence plant list.
03 — Care Cadence A seasonal rhythm document for you and your maintenance staff. Organized by what the system is doing, not by what you have to do. The list of what to leave alone is longer than the list of what to touch.
04 — Ground Rules The document that travels with the property. What’s there, why it’s there, what it’s becoming. So whoever comes after you inherits a gift, not a problem.
