From Military Systems to Mission-Driven Design
My approach combines military operations systems thinking, federal accessibility compliance, and graduate research in biophilic design. The military taught me that systems either hold under pressure or they collapse. Sustainable operations require infrastructure, not heroics.
Federal grant review work taught me that accessibility is the difference between who gets funded and who gets rejected. Compliance is infrastructure, not decoration. My MFA research taught me that digital spaces can restore instead of exhaust. Nature-connected design is survival strategy for mission-driven leaders burning out behind desks.
