Favorite Business Sprint

A two-week sprint to realign your client journey and where it shows up most

Align key moments in the journey to keep clients returning and raving.

Your business needs a focused reset, not an open-ended project.

You already have:

  • a business that’s been running for a while
  • some version of a logo, site, and materials
  • a sense that things don’t quite line up anymore

But you don’t need a full brand rebuild. You need a tight, 2 week realignment that makes everything make sense again—without months of discovery and endless calls.

You’re busy, I get it.

This sprint is 99% async. After the first call, all briefs, feedback, and decisions happen in your portal. No workshops, no all-day sessions or marathons.

Your brand has evolved, but the design of your key moments hasn’t kept up.

You’ll know by these typical signs:

  • Your website, social, and print materials feel like they’re from different businesses
  • The journey from “interested” to “client” is full of small frictions and mixed signals
  • You know the experience should feel more premium and coherent, but you don’t have time to redesign everything
  • You’re embarrassed to send people to certain pages or materials
  • You’re losing trust with every off-brand slide or PDF
  • You know you need a reset, but you don’t have time (or budget) for a 3–6 month brand project

The Favorite Business Sprint focuses on the places where your brand story meets your client experience (e.g. website, proposals, onboarding, key documents) and makes them feel like one world. We’ll fix the 1-2 zones where the brand feels the most off, so the path from interested to client feels smooth and premium.

What happens over 2 weeks

Week 1: Map and choose zones

  • You share a short written overview of how people currently become clients (no heavy strategy, just the real flow)
  • I audit where and how your business shows up in the world
  • Together we choose 1-2 priority zones where misalignment is most visible and costly

Typical zones:

  • A core website page (often home or a key service page)
  • One core document (one-pager, service overview, or onboarding packet)
  • Proposal template or email signature/basic template alignment

Week 2: Design and implement

  • I redesign and align priority client journey spots
  • Everything is delivered in organized, ready-to-use files
  • You get a simple 90-day Touchpoint Plan (what to fix next, in order)

No overhauls. Focused design work on the moments that most affect how clients experience your business.

After 2 weeks

  • Your key touchpoints finally feel like they belong to the same business, not a collage of old decisions
  • The client journey—from first click to signed client to onboarding—feels smoother and more premium
  • Core pages and documents (home page, one key service page, one core PDF) look and function like one world
  • You stop second-guessing design choices because there’s now a simple visual rule set to follow
  • You have a clear 90-day plan for what to update next, without feeling overwhelmed

In short: less friction, more confidence, and a brand that supports your business instead of dragging it down.

Every Favorite business Sprint includes:

  • Brand Alignment Map
  • Priority Touchpoint Redesign (1-2 zones, chosen together)
    • Typical zones:
      • Website core pages
      • Core sales/onboarding documents
      • One core document (sell sheet, service overview, or onboarding packet)
      • Light alignment of email/proposal templates
  • All files delivered in organized folders with clear naming and versioning.
  • 90-Day Brand & Touchpoint Plan (1–2 pages) that says:
    • What we fixed in the sprint
    • What to update next (in order)
    • Rough effort level (small/medium/large) and suggested sequence
  • Implementation Notes
    • How to apply changes across your tools (website builder, Canva, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Optional: Brand Use Guide (light)
    • 6–10 page PDF: colors, type, logo usage, do/don’t examples, voice notes

Implementation of the 90-day plan is not included, but you can use your Just So Design Hours or a new project to execute it.

Investment

$2,500 for the two-week spring. 99% async. One dedicated designer. No random freelances. No endless calls.

Say yes to this sprint if,

  • You’re an established business (1+ years, some revenue, real clients)
  • Your messaging and offers are basically clear, but the design feels scattered
  • You want to improve how your clients move through and remember your business, not rewrite your story
  • You’re comfortable making decisions in writing and working asynchronouslyYou want a clear, cohesive brand in two weeks, not a perfect-but-never-finished ideal
  • You’d rather invest $2,500 in a focused sprint than keep patching things together

The Favorite Business Sprint is the fastest way to get your brand back under control so you can focus on running the business and enjoying nature.
