| 01 — Text me anything that isn’t working. No format required. No brief. No subject line. Just tell me what’s wrong in the words you’d use to tell a friend. I check texts daily and log everything within 24 hours. If something is actively breaking or losing you money, start your text with ! That moves it to the front of the queue. |
| 02 — I prioritize by impact. Every item in your queue is evaluated by one question: what’s costing you the most right now? You see the queue anytime via your Notion page. You never have to manage it. |
| 03 — I get to work. You’ll hear from me within 48 hours. Once something is in your queue, I’m moving on it. Fixes are implemented in priority order, continuously — not saved up for a monthly delivery window. The only thing that determines when something gets done is what’s ahead of it in the queue. If I have a question before I start, I’ll text you — once. Otherwise you’ll hear from me when it’s done. Silence is confirmation. You only respond if you want to change something. |

Proactive Queue means I flag what I notice while I’m working. Found something broken that wasn’t on your list–I add it to your queue with one line of context. You approve or dismiss. Nothing gets touched without your say. At Premium, that’s included. The difference: Standard clients drain the queue. Premium clients stop it from refilling.
After three months, clients may continue with Just So Seasonal– one quarterly implementation block at $500.

- Not Coaching. I’m not asking how that makes you feel.
- Not A virtual assistant. A VA does only what you ask. I do what your systems need — which is sometimes different.

What if something turns out to be more complex than it looked?
I’ll tell you before I start, not after. If a fix reveals itself to be bigger than Just So scope, I’ll decline, defer, or refer it with a clear explanation — and we keep moving on what’s in the queue. You’ll never get a surprise invoice for work you didn’t approve.
What if I didn’t know something was broken?
That’s part of what you’re paying for. When I notice something while I’m working — a broken link on a page I wasn’t sent to fix, a font inconsistency you stopped seeing — I flag it and add it to your queue. You approve or dismiss. Nothing gets touched without your say.
Is there a contract?
Yes. You’ll receive a service agreement with your welcome package before anything starts. It covers scope, billing, and what happens if either of us needs to end the engagement.
INCLUDED
The Just So Archive.
Every fix I implement gets documented — anonymized and added to the Archive. Every Just So member gets access.
What that means for you: when your Canva brand kit breaks in six months, there’s a documented fix for it already. When your welcome sequence drops subscribers, the pattern has been seen before and the solution is written down.
