Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel any time with 5 days’ notice. No setup fee.
Yes. You’ll receive a service agreement with your welcome package before anything starts. It covers scope, billing, and what happens if either of us needs to end the engagement.
What if I have a big project?
Routine work is included. For larger builds we’ll quote a fixed price up front, no surprises.
Which platforms do you steward?
WordPress. If I can’t help, I’ll say so.
How fast is turnaround?
Most requests ship within 2 business days. Urgent fixes the same day.
What if something turns out to be more complex than it looked?
I’ll tell you before I start, not after. If a fix reveals itself to be bigger than Just So scope, I’ll decline, defer, or refer it with a clear explanation — and we keep moving on what’s in the queue. You’ll never get a surprise invoice for work you didn’t approve.
What if I didn’t know something was broken?
That’s part of what you’re paying for. When I notice something while I’m working — a broken link on a page I wasn’t sent to fix, a font inconsistency you stopped seeing — I flag it and add it to your queue. You approve or dismiss. Nothing gets touched without your say.

Design hours, not a subscription
Brand and Print Design Hour Packages for projects, systems and bigger design work. Use these hours across brand stewardship, print and physical design, website projects, and any design work that goes beyond routine fixes.
Hours can be drawn down as needed over 12 months. Ideal for:
- Brand kit cleanup and template systems (Docs, Slides, Canvas, Figma)
- Print and physical collateral (sell sheets, decks, packaging, event kits)
- Website projects (new pages, redesign chunks, new flows, integrations)
- Campaigns, launches, and seasonal design sprints
Most clients start with 20-50 hours to set up systems, then use 5-15 hours a month for ongoing work.

Premium Proactive Queue means I flag what I notice while I’m working. Found something broken that wasn’t on your list–I add it to your queue with one line of context. You approve or dismiss. Nothing gets touched without your say.
Typical turnaround is 2 business days of approval. Larger tasks (e.g. multi-page work, new systems, complex integrations) are broken into milestones with clear deadlines per milestone.
All deadlines assume:
- You’ve provided all necessary content, access, and approvals in the request.
- No outside dependencies (e.g. third-party dev, client-side IT) are blocking the work
There’s no hard limit on the number of requests you can submit. Instead, capacity is managed by:
- Queue prioritization:
- You mark priority in the board; I confirm feasibility and sequencing.
- If demand exceeds realistic capacity, we align on what moves to next week/month.
- Scope discipline:
- Each request must be a discrete, clearly defined task or small set of related tasks.
- Large projects are split into multiple requests or a dedicated project plan with milestones.
Just So is not.
- Not Coaching. I’m not asking you to find the answer within you.
- Not A virtual assistant. A VA does only what you ask. I do what your systems need — which is sometimes different.
