Is there a contract?

Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. No setup fee.

Yes. You’ll receive a service agreement with your welcome package before anything starts. It covers scope, billing, and what happens if either of us needs to end the engagement.

What if I have a big project?

Routine work is included. For larger builds we’ll quote a fixed price up front, no surprises.

Which platforms do you steward?

WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, and most static sites. If I can’t help, I’ll say so.

How fast is turnaround?

Most requests ship within 2 business days. Urgent fixes the same day.

What if something turns out to be more complex than it looked?

I’ll tell you before I start, not after. If a fix reveals itself to be bigger than Just So scope, I’ll decline, defer, or refer it with a clear explanation — and we keep moving on what’s in the queue. You’ll never get a surprise invoice for work you didn’t approve.

What if I didn’t know something was broken?

That’s part of what you’re paying for. When I notice something while I’m working — a broken link on a page I wasn’t sent to fix, a font inconsistency you stopped seeing — I flag it and add it to your queue. You approve or dismiss. Nothing gets touched without your say.

HOW IT WORKS

The flow. Start to finish.

01 — Text me anything that isn’t working. No format required. No brief. No subject line. Just tell me what’s wrong in the words you’d use to tell a friend. I check texts daily and log everything within 24 hours.
If something is actively breaking or losing you money, start your text with ! That moves it to the front of the queue.
02 — I prioritize by impact. Every item in your queue is evaluated by one question: what’s costing you the most right now? You see the queue anytime via your Notion page. You never have to manage it.
03 — I get to work. You’ll hear from me within 48 hours. Once something is in your queue, I’m moving on it. Fixes are implemented in priority order, continuously — not saved up for a monthly delivery window. The only thing that determines when something gets done is what’s ahead of it in the queue. If I have a question before I start, I’ll text you — once. Otherwise you’ll hear from me when it’s done.

Silence is confirmation. You only respond if you want to change something.
04 — Within 48 hours, it’s done. I work through the queue top to bottom prioritized with the Just So framework: Revenue friction goes first. First impressions second. Everything else in order.
