Position: Manager of Marketing and Digital Communications
Starting Blocks
- Inactive presence on LinkedIn and Instagram for over 6 months.
- Brand Foundation Audit revealed inconsistent services delivered across all chapters.
- Identified the following risks: reputational damage, donor skepticism, partner confusion, chapter churn.
- Identified the following solutions: crisis communications flow, brand damage control
- Noticed nonexistent Model Release forms for using photos of event goers for marketing/promotional materials. This is a risk especially with minor participants.
Strategic Communications Plan
This plan identifies issues and recommends solutions to the Brand Gap Analysis in Messaging, Visual Inconsistencies. No KPIs were previously tracked so I recommended three overall, four to increase donation and participation. I also illustrated and improved the customer journey map for the brand to two paths: one for donor, one for chapter volunteers.
